1. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, immediate exchange, or store credit, your items must meet the following strict luxury-standard criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.
  • All original product tags, branded packaging, and protective liners must remain fully attached.
  • Items must be completely free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any distinct odors.

2. How to Initiate Your Return

We've made our return process incredibly straightforward to respect your time:

  1. Email our concierge support team at support@blactive.com with your 4-digit Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the specific reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review the request within 24 hours and supply you with our dedicated US return fulfillment center address.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop the parcel at your nearest local post office (USPS/FedEx). We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your return shipment is received and undergoes an inspection at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status. Approved returns are credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing days to post the balance back to your account.

4. Size & Color Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color scheme? No worries! Specify your desired replacement variant in your support email. To ensure you don't miss out on stock availability, we will hold your requested exchange variant and ship it out completely FREE of shipping charges the moment your return parcel is scanned by the postal carrier.
