Refund policy

At BL Active, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@blactivestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Final sale items, items marked as non-returnable, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or color.
